China spot LNG delivery price averaged Yuan 5,149/tonne as of September 27, up Yuan 1/tonne from the previous trading day, according to OilChem.
Imported LNG ex-terminal prices stood at Yuan 5,194/t today, down Yuan 4/tonne from the previous trading day, according to OilChem. The prices lacked momentum as the National Day holiday is about to kick off, and the downstream players were on the sidelines.
LNG sales volume by truck at coastal terminals was 35,091 tonnes on September 26, down 1.71% from the last trading day. In detail, the sales volume was 13,797 tonnes in East China, down 6.41%, 11,844 tonnes in South China, up 1.81%, and 8,148 tonnes in North China, up 3.47%, according to OilChem data.
Domestic LNG prices are expected to stabilize as the demand in the vehicle sector has been flat recently, and the traders mostly purchase on dips.
