On October 17th, Chengxin Lithium announced that its investment in Yajiang County Huirong Mining Co., Ltd. obtained a mining license issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources on October 17th. The accumulated identified lithium ore resources are 61.095 million tonnes, including 989,600 tonnes of lithium oxide. It is the largest single hard rock lithium mine in Asia, with an average grade of 1.62%, and is one of the highest grade lithium mines in Sichuan region. As of now, Chengxin Lithium holds a total of 52.2% equity in Huirong Mining.
