On September 19th, the lithium-ion battery recycling project was launched in the Zhuxi New Material Agglomeration Zone located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. The project is invested and constructed by Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts Stock Limited Company. The initial investment of the project is Yuan 600 million, and it is planned to process 50,000 tonnes of retired power batteries annually, with an annual output of 20,000 tonnes of power battery reusing products and 5,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate. The project is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2025, with an annual output value of up to Yuan 1 billion.
